About Us
Our focus is to provide professional landlord services to investment property owners in the Rochester, NY area. We find a tenant, get a lease signed, collect the rent, and answer maintenance phone calls from the tenants. We take the stress and headache out of renting your property. We specialize in representing portfolio investors who own multiple properties, and represent several investors with just one or two units.
Stephen Alcorn is our Senior Manager. He grew up in tenant housing and has been managing rental property part time for over 30 years. In 2001 Stephen began building APG into a full time portfolio that now services over 110 units. Stephen manages a team of nearly two dozen vendors and service providers who are dedicated to the one thing we do really well, and that’s managing rental property.
